Car shows were an annual event in North Bend and Snoqualmie for years. But when the COVID pandemic happened, the car show stopped, and the host club unfortunately disbanded. So, for several years, North Bend had no car show. But classic car enthusiast Amy Quilizapa, a longtime North Bend resident, wanted to bring it back. As a member of the Early Ford V8 Club of America – Puget Sound Region, she convinced her club to sponsor the event once again.

In 2024, working with the North Bend Downtown Foundation, it was decided to bring the car show back on Sunday, the day after the North Bend Block Party, an annual event in North Bend. This turned out to be a perfect marriage of two popular events in North Bend. The inaugural car show was a huge success with over 80 cars lining the street of North Bend Way. There was fun, music, prizes, and lots of trophies handed out to the beautiful cars on display.

In 2025, The Early Ford V8 Club will host the 2nd annual North Bend Classic Car Show on July 20th, the day after the North Bend Block Party.
